Argh,  really sorry for you. I guess that the fact that you are British
(as many currently in the Secretariat) did not help. Anyway, good
challenges at IDDRI in the coming months, with the IKI call, the new
recruitment and the various missions in nice places. But I can anyway
understand you are frustrated (and you can certainly understand that I
am very happy for the Ocean team!).
