Ocean timelines were mostly heavy. A small account that only posted a friendly emoji seascape every couple of hours was the opposite kind of noise.
@tiny_seascape is that bot: display name “tiny seascape,” bio “a little splash of the big blue, every couple of hours,” pointing at @LittleBlueLette and LittleBlueLetter.com. It joined in November 2019. Little Blue Letter described it as a friendly Twitter bot that posts random emoji seascapes every few hours.
