Transcribe

I have years of notebooks as photographs. Phone OCR is fine for a form. Sending a whole notebook to a cloud service is not how I want to keep a diary.

Transcribe is a workbench on this machine. A local vision model reads the page; I correct the text beside the scan; I can look at themes, mood, people, and places, then export something I can keep.

Pages never leave the computer. If the reading is wrong, I fix it next to the image, not in a vacuum.

I use it on my own notebooks. I am still making that correct-and-keep loop less fiddly.
