Evidence your team can trust, find and reuse
For NGOs, research groups and consultancies that already know their question and need the research underneath it done properly.
What it covers
- Interviews. Stakeholder and expert interviews, from designing the questions to running the conversations and writing up what they show.
- Meeting and transcript analysis. Recordings are transcribed locally when confidentiality matters. I then analyse the transcripts with TranscriptX, an open-source toolkit I built for finding themes, tracking speakers and keeping the quotes behind each finding.
- Literature and grey literature. Sources gathered, cleaned and linked in a shared reference library, so they stay findable after the project ends. I use Paperful, my open-source tool for finding missing PDFs and tidying reference libraries.
- AI where it helps. I use AI tools carefully for drafting, summarising and designing workflows, and I check what they produce. It’s part of how the work gets done, not something I sell on its own.
What you’re left with: interview syntheses, transcript analysis with quotes you can cite, and a clean reference library your team can keep using.
