Ocean update
  • The EU made 22 new commitments for ocean action at the recent Our Ocean conference in Oslo, worth almost €540 million. The commitments target science, pollution, "blue economy" and international cooperation.​

Put wind in their sails!
Two inspiring projects by young ocean leaders need your help to meet their crowdfunding goals:
  • Sea the Future is a one-year interdisciplinary sailing expedition around Northwestern Europe that will explore the human-ocean relationship.
  • ​Bigger than Us is a short animated movie inspired by Inuit legends that will take you on a journey to understand the problem of marine pollution. The film explores the impacts of our way of life and shows what we can do in a friendly and understandable way.
