This includes strategy and reflection sessions, technical deep dives (e.g. ocean governance, energy transitions), and capacity-building workshops on topics such as data literacy, policy processes, and effective collaboration. My approach is structured but participatory, with a focus on psychological safety, clear outcomes, and practical next steps rather than abstract discussion.
